Squatty Potty ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Products can be shipped to anywhere that has a physical address and can receive packages via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes. There is a 1-2 business day process time for all orders. While we strive to ship an order within 2 working days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end. As a general rule, assume that your shipment will take 3–8 working days. APO addresses will be shipped via USPS and cannot be rush shipped. Orders Under 1 lb ship for a flat rate of $2.99. Orders over 1 lb are $6.75 within 48 contiguous U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. Any order purchased from squattypotty.com* can be returned or exchanged within 60 days. If not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a prompt refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
